"Our experience with Triton was for our first new pool build, and for that matter, first pool period. We did a ton of research, then spoke with five different pool builders. Craig with Triton was the second to last we met, and as soon as we closed the door, my wife and I wondered if we even needed to hear the fifth person. We did, but no one seemed to understand what we wanted the way Craig did. When we got the proposals from the different builders, we weren't surprised that Triton's was the closest to our ideal pool. After trading a few emails, and meeting with Craig and Laura in the office to answer our questions, see and touch the materials, and finalizing what we wanted, we signed with Triton to build our pool, and we were not disappointed. I read about everything having to do with the pool and equipment, and any questions I had, either Craig or Laura could answer for me. They also were full service. They handled everything (pool, deck, sprinklers, landscaping, etc.). The only things we did were to have our gas line moved and get our HOA approval (though they provided everything for us and did offer to help with the submission if we had wanted). Since they have a landscaping company, they were even able to move my backflow, etc. It truly was turnkey. Once we had our approvals and utilities moved, construction started quickly. Craig was out to our home every day to check on the progress, ensure things were done correctly, and often to speak with us and answer any questions we had. The trades who came out were all extremely respectful, put in some hard work, but left our yard in a good condition every time. I had seen others' pools built where they were littered with trash, etc., but not ours. Less than five weeks after starting, our pool was complete. This included having two days of heavy rainfall that prevented the plumbers from digging in the yard and having to have the shell pumped out. The result is beautiful. We absolutely love the pool that Triton built for us. We have had a few questions here or there, and we always get a prompt response from Craig and/or Laura. Our pool maintenance company has commented on how nice the pool looks and that our builder did a great job. Our neighbors were all impressed with how well our pool turned out also. While we have no plans on moving, if we ever do, and are in the area, you can bet we will have Triton build our next pool there also. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build a pool, and especially to anyone new to the pool building process."
