Atlantis Poolscapes

"Warning to others, do not and I repeat do not contract with David Freeman and Atlantis Poolscapes for your pool build! They are unethical and have no problem defrauding customers and subcontractors by taking their customer’s money and not completing their pools or paying their workers. They will present you with a great low price, best deal out there and will collect 30% in advance and subsequent payments along the way until they leave you stranded. We have had 3 of their subcontractors contact us regarding nonpayment as we paid Atlantis Poolscapes as contracted but they did not pay their contractors. They informed us they are owed for several other pools as well. We are now out thousand of dollars above our contracted price after paying 90% of our contract to this company and having to complete our pool on our own and having to pay private contractors directly above and beyond what they paid them already. They left a hole in our yard after repetitive promises that contractors were coming and we found out this was because they were paying them and had to search for new ones that again they would hire and not pay. Let this be a warning! Listen to the BBB feedback. There is a reason they do not have recent Facebook and Instagram activity. They are starting and not finishing pools and are stealing customers money!!! There is no excuse for this. I hope this will help someone else not make the mistake we made trusting David Freeman and his son. When asked about a refund we were told they didn’t have the money so they clearly spent it on other pools or their personal concerns instead of what they were contracted and paid for. They are clearly knowingly defrauding clients! We will be seeing them in court soon!"
