"Seemed very dismissive in attitude. Barely glanced at any coins we brought in. Picked a few silver coins and never really looked at dates or grade quality of some very old coins we had. Kept talking as if kids would just play with them in a bowl they had on the counter. Yet I used AI coin ID AND was up to about a grand in value. ?? With 20 coins?Disappointed."

"I wish I could give this place 6 stars. I've given this place a 5-star review before, but I will continue to do so just so that they stay open forever. I don't stop in as often as I used to since moving to the city, but even after a very long gap, the owner's son immediately recognized me and gave me a warm greeting as soon as I walked in today. He then brought a big tub of treasures from the back (things he knew I would like) so that I could rummage through. He gets me : ) The staff is knowledgeable, honest, incredibly friendly and warm. The prices are fair, and he always gives me a great price without my having to ask. I love stopping in whenever I'm in the area. It's always such a pleasant visit and pleasant experience. I hope they stick around for a very long time! Definitely a treasure in Glenview."
