"DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE Never in the years that I've done my taxes have I been to a place where they do your taxes before speaking with you. When I went in the lady there took my paperwork so I sat down waited for about 30 minutes and there was no other people waiting so Idid wonder why it was taking so lo g when they did call me back as soon as I sat the lady handed me some papers and said here you just sign. The time I was waiting she went ahead and took my i formation and started the process of filing my taxes without even speaking to me. I did ask for my money back and she refused to give it to me she actually said you are just unhappy with the number. The worst experience"

"I would highly recommend Starzz Income Tax!!! I personal have used Gabby in the past, and she is so friendly, very prompt when responding to your questions and they always have answers to your questions! I have a lot of trust in this office, and do not take tax filing lightly and I am completely confident in the ethics and integrity of this office!! The price is not bad at all. I think I paid $300 last year but I have lots of write offs as well that take a lot of work. Its not your $50 HR Block but the service is personable and I received more back the year I used them than I ever have!!!"

"DONT GO HERE!!!!The absolute worst place to get your taxes done. I was overcharged from the beginning. I've been waiting 52 days to get my income tax and nothing. I've called several times to get assistance from them since that's why I paid them and more then I should have and the lady there had the nerve to get rude with me started yelling at me over the phone, and hung up the phone on me. This place has horrible customer service and I would have put 0 stars if I could but it wouldn't let me. Seriously save yourself the money go somewhere else. My experience here was horrendous. And I definitely won't be back!"
