"I will not be asking my sons for a Christmas gift from Brighton this year. Has anyone else noticed the extra-negative vibe coming from the managers of the Orland Park Brighton store lately? I’ve experienced it the last several times I shopped at that store. Do the managers know we see them behind the counter? It would be nice to be greeted with a standard hello or a kind smile? I have been a loyal, longtime Brighton customer for over 20 years. If it weren’t for the friendly and helpful saleswomen working there, I would not be going back to that location. How about practicing basic courtesy and a refresher class on customer appreciation and satisfaction?"

"Lovely selection of jewelry, luggage, shoes and purses, frames and accessories. The purses are high end quality. The leather is high quality. I feel nicer than other well known brands, but you won't see sales on them weekly ever. Price is what is marked. Almost forgot, the staff are a group of dedicated workers always with a friendly smile on their faces. Close to Macy's."
