"When we contemplated the pool project we competitive bid the project. Texas P&P came in middle of the road on price but here is why we chose them and why it was a great value choice. There sales team was honest. Clay set expectations during the contract engagement and committed to the lump sum price and schedule. We also fairly negotiated changes/adds I initiated to design and during construction. The design process was thorough and came with real experience advisement on material choices, use ability, ergonomics. During construction we had the pleasure of working with John who is customer service driven. Daily communication was outstanding and trickled down to subcontractors. All trades were professional respectful and committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Any construction issues or changes were addressed expeditiously and fairly. No construction project is perfect and there are always issues or gaps in design compared to construct-ability or field conditions. These minor issues were corrected at no cost to us the end user. Start up was great and post completion there have been no significant warranty/guarantee issues.
