"Very rude service. I won a wedding band as part of a wedding expo and I was very happy to have won and thankful, however it doesn’t match my engagement ring and it was too large. I called to see if I could exchange the ring for something else of equal value and the woman who answered told me to call back because she was going through a personal matter which I completely understood. I called back again and she was extremely rude to me using a condescending tone. If you’re providing an item for a raffle, maybe you should be prepared for the situation that someone won’t be able to use said item and offer an exchange policy. THAT would be a good business model. I provided them with publicity as I posted about the ring I won, but they don’t deserve it."
