"Words cannot express how grateful I am to have gone with Solari and Huntington. Robert was extremely helpful from start to finish and above all was SO patient with me! I am the type of person that asks quite a few questions to make sure I fully understand everything. He always validated my questions and made me feel very comfortable at the store. During the Stay-at-Home orders, Robert STILL managed to make this a fun and exciting process for me. He would send picture updates of the ring, and communicated very effectively. He helped me to create a ring that I had envisioned, only he made it even better along the way! He suggested tips that would help compliment the ring, and I never ever felt stressed or pressured to make any decisions. I was unsure if I wanted my ring all as one, or in 3 bands... but Robert assured me that we can do whatever, and if I didn't like it we could always revert to the original. He was so easy going and Susan the lady that works there too was always so charming!!! He reminded me that I could take it in whenever to get cleaned and he suggested that as well for the day of my wedding. You can tell that Robert has your best interests at heart.
