"They seriously need to do something about the seating since they hold swim meets there. We have been paying to get in for the past 3 years for our school's swim meets. We hardly ever get seating. We end up waiting in our vehicle until our son texts us to let us know when he is going to start for each event he is in. I am fine with paying the fees to get in if they would remodel that place. I know it's over 40 years old. But I'm not sure where that money goes. I cringe every time I have to go out there. Make it better, San Antonio. This is a great place for people to go swimming. Terrible at holding swim meets for schools."

"Staff is awesome. It felt very welcoming. Two of us had a touch of hives after swimming not sure if it could have been from something else but it was right after. The pool is warm enough and my family had fun. It could use a toddle area and some updating, intertubes or something kinda drab. Would have been nice if the diving board would have been more readily available too without the need for a lifeguard to move. I might visit again but It wasn't what we were looking for exactly. I was hoping for a slide, current or wave pool, sprinklers or something a bit more. But the price was fare and the staff were lovingly, definitely still fun."

"Plenty of room in the pool, the aerobics instructor was excellent. The shower area had plenty of shower heads absolutely no waiting around. People were friendly. Had a great first time experience. There is only one small set back the water aerobics schedule not very consistent."

"Great place for swimming with family the have open swim schedules so look online before arriving with a charge to enter, also swimming classes schedules. They do have showers and restrooms. They having diving pool, lap, pool, open pool, and a toddler pool."

"My daughter has attended swimming classes here and I have loved bringing my kids for recreational swimming as well. I enjoy that they have a kiddie pool which makes it easy for me to bring my kids without having to worry about the pool being to deep for them. Her swimming instructors have done an outstanding job and my daughter has been more comfortable with the water now. They are patient but also they make sure to have a good lesson. Everyone at the front desk is always so friendly as well. I appreciate the free swimming lessons!"
