"This place is absolutely fun and an incredible place for kids and adults, the lap pool is big and has a climbing wall, while the leisure pool has a current channel, and they have water slides, and the staff is very friendly and runs a well oiled machine, Katie Tarosas the pool manger is very nice and is very accommodating, we had a room rental and she made sure the room was cleaned and made sure staff were available for questions or problems, I can tell she loves that facility and want’s everyone to love it and enjoy it too"

"Super fun for all ages. We had 6 kids between ages 4 and 15 and everyone was happy. Slides are very slow, but the high dive is great. Nice shaded water play area zero depth for littles!"

"The facility itself is nice. The food isn’t good and is over priced. Lifeguards are trained well and are responsible. The biggest thing to beware of is booking reservations. Whether you try reserving a cabana or get confirmation you can rent the party room…the manager Katie Tarosas will find a way to ruin your day/event/party. She has double booked events for me twice and has the audacity to give me attitude when I get upset about it. She is beyond rude and inept at her job. Sunburst Bay would be a much friendlier, smoothly run pool without her."

"Over all good. My son enjoys coming here. Staff members though don’t smile much. Lack customer service. Pretzel bites were extremely stale. Plus overly priced for 8 bucks.."

"Responsible and friendly staff, two pools, two and a half water slides, two diving boards. My kids are all different ages and I feel safe splitting up and swimming in both pools. There is plenty of seating for the busiest of days, but if you can’t find a chair there is grass to hangout on. We live so close and love coming at all hours of the day!"
