"I had called American Eagle to ask about the process of having items reviewed, appraised and purchased the day before I went to the store. One of the owners, Kevin, was very informative and helpful. When I went to the store the next day with my items, Kevin and his wife, Aly, another one of the owners, were super helpful, thorough and informative. They further explained the process, where they look for pricing/values as well as aiding in making decisions. I not only found them helpful, but extremely honest and fair. One of the best things I heard was that they understand that some people may be disappointed by their price, but they guarantee that they want to be upfront so unrealistic expectations are not carried to create additional disappointment. I cannot say enough good things about the ownership team at American Eagle. It was a very positive experience. I will bring back some other items that have value Kevin and Ally to appraise. I hope others will too!!"

"Took me a bit to write this review because of a busy life season but back in October my husband and I visited American Eagle Jewelry and Coin for the second time and as in our previous visit we left extremely satisfied and happy with the service we received. My engagement ring was fixed just as I had hoped and both my rings were cleaned beautifully and sparkled more than when we had first purchased them. A few months later and they are still sparkling and clean. I cannot recommend this business enough. The service is not only excellent but you leave having become friends with the business owners.
