For the adjustment, I was told the cost was free as it was a quick adjustment. I was then helped with the fitting of a new strap. I would highly recommend to others and am glad to have found a great watch service and repair."

"On site certified watchmakers are harder to find these days. I am so glad I stumbled into this space by accident a few weeks ago. I went in there yesterday to have a crystal changed on one of my watches. Their pricing was fair, the service was swift, and not a speck of dust inside the case. He took an extra level of care to ensure the seal was still water tight. I have been collecting watches for over 3 decades now. On site watchmakers who know what they are doing used to be a dime a dozen, now they are a treasure and this one is one of those treasures. I do hope more people shop local and they stay in business, I have a few that are going to need routine service in a few years. Value, experience, courtesy, swift! Great experience. Will be back."
