"I use to take my dog here all the time, but his last visit, he was bleeding and had cuts on his paws. I noticed as he was limping and with walking they bled more. I messaged the groomer and she stated she would let her boss know, who never even bothered to reach out. It’s been maybe a month. The groomer did apologize but when you hurt a pup, that’s family and for the owner not to care shows what type of people they really are. I will be reporting them."

"I’m so happy with Johnny’s appointment! I was concerned since Johnny is 13 years old, has cataracts and also difficulty hearing, plus anxiety! But both ladies at this salon took such good care of him - we had bath wash and nail trimming - so pleased with my clean boy and definitely coming back! He came out happy, clean and not anxious at all! 10/10!"
