After not getting attention from anyone at the other store, I decided to give Elite Jewelers a go. I was warmly greeted upon entry. From there Lisa assisted me in finding a pair of earrings that suited my needs. She patiently provided me with recommendations for companion pieces with respect to my budget. I appreciate that she was able to help me and in addition help another family that was in need of a Spanish speaking salesperson while respectfully transitioning between my needs and theirs. "Brought a practically brand new necklace my mother gave me before she passed away to be converted into a necklace, and bracelet. They just couldn’t get the measurements right for anything! I’ve been back over 4 times, and this time I just took the bracelet even though it’s still not what we discussed because I refuse to drive back out here! I’m in healthcare, and asked that the bracelet not be too long because I don’t want it sliding all the way down my hand, and this is what I got again today. Now when I take it somewhere else I’ll lose links because they made the chain shorter because all of the extra links are in the bracelet. Then the craftsmanship of the job looks like someone in a high school first year metal shop class did it."
