"Wanted 2 satin finish rings. The store said they can do the satin finish for an extra cost. We agreed. Less than 6 months the rings are shiny. Helzberg employees said that we have to keep up the maintenance and the satin finish lasts about 6 months. Interesting, no one ever told us that. I will never purchase jewelry from them again. We spent a lot of money and now we are stuck with 2 rings that do not look like what we originally purchased."
