He made us feel like we were his only clients when I know he had other projects going on. We fully expected this build to be a painful process, because we work in real estate and there are always unexpected surprises, but Cody made it completely painless and even enjoyable. He handled everything with utmost professionalism and we really didn’t have any surprises, well not the bad ones anyway. There were a lot of good surprises though, like the screened in porch turned out way better than we had anticipated and the kitchen looked much nicer than we could have ever imagined.
