"I am never bringing my dog here again. I dropped her off and when she came home she couldn’t open one eye and is super red also she isn’t acting like herself. We have always taken her to the groomers and this has never happened she is a sweet dog and doesn’t mind the baths so there is no reason to get soap or anything like that in her eye. It’s heartbreaking to see my baby like this."

"These people don’t do their job. They didn’t even brush my dog’s teeth. My dog was scared which appears they are mean n mistreated.The lady who tried to go get my dog called my dog a “pinchie pendeja” because my dog barked at her because she didn’t want her to grab her, which I believe is due to the treatment. I dropped my dog at 10:30 pm and she wasn’t done till 5:30pm."

"The first time I took my dog to this place it was a great experience. The second time I brought him was not so great I was waiting two hours for my dog to be ready. Come to find out they had only washed him I told the lady how long it would take she said an hour and a half to dry plus the other stuff that I wanted him to get so I told the lady let me just take my dog home Wet because they were taking way too long and they still wanted to charge me the full price for only showering him. I ended up paying $40 for just the bath smh not even the cut that I wanted him to get so disappointed"

"Unfortunately this is not a professional establishment and they do not know what they are doing. They shaved my American Eskimo dog without asking me, and those dog are one of the breeds that can never be shaved because their hair will not grow back. I was shocked and furious and have cried so much. My Dog is 14 and has had a gorgeous white fluffy coat her whole life and now she is depressed because of the loss of her hair. This was devastating to us and as a groomer they should have known you cannot shave an eskie. Please do NOT bring your dogs here."
