"Unfortunately, I am forced to change the rating I submitted late last year. While No Problem Custom Pools did get my pool up and running after my previous builder abandoned the project - there is some warranty work (huge stains in plaster) that was initially identified in May 2021that still needs to be addressed. Also, the plaster I chose was Aqua white pebble with a Puerto Rican blend. As it turns out, I recently discovered and confirmed that the Puerto Rican blend was not added. Instead, they added some crushed abalone shell since it also has an iridescent shimmer but is of lower quality. When I brought this to their attention I was told by No Problem Pools “we have never done that finish because 1. It’s very expensive and 2. The applicators that do shoot it charge a lot more for it and there are only a handful of guys that can shoot it. It’s just something we don’t offer”. However, this was never brought up during the selection process. Needless to say, after being given the runaround and now lack of response - it is now February 2024 and my pool plaster is still badly stained due to poor workmanship and unfulfilled warranty obligations."

"Aaron designed our pool about 22 times, it wasn’t his fault though because I kept changing the idea. We finally built one of the first 2 designs he did. The process was seamless, he did everything he said he would from working with our hoa, repairing the access damage in the neighbors yard, revisiting their fence and irrigation. He worked with us and he was on site every day. We met at the tile distributor and got the materials selected without an up charge. All of his crews respected our home, our project and out kids. He even let the boys ride in the excavator when we started digging. To say I’m happy is an understatement as our pool looks better than we could’ve imagined. He wasn’t the cheapest builder we spoke to but I know for sure the end result is better as a result. Ask him questions, he gives you an answer, ask for a revision and it happens. If there is a downfall to Aaron and No Problem it’s that we don’t need another pool built, but we tell everyone that asks who built our pool."
