"I have placed multiple orders with this company and am impressed with the quality of the bracelets in each style. I prefer the look of the smaller beads, especially when stacking multiple bracelets, which I do almost every day. The stones are vivid and beautiful, the charms are lovely, and the materials are lightweight and extremely durable. My friends have been pleased to receive blessing bracelets as gifts, and I would love to have one in every color! Recently, an order was delayed in shipping due to inclement weather. The customer service provided by Leenie at MAI was superb. She was kind yet professional and kept in contact with me DAILY until my package was safely received. "I ordered 2 bracelets from this company. One was the wrong colour and took 4 weeks to get back to me and I had to pay for the extra shipping. The second had a ketchup or bbq stain in the box. I understand this is a home company but for the price I paid and extra shipping cost it wasn't worth it and took away from the gift I was using them for. Hopefully others have better experience. Please wash your hands or don't eat before sending."
