"It’s a scam. He gives you extra money if you write a google review and show him. When negotiating he will pull up past eBay sales to show you how much he wants to pay, but he purposefully makes the page smaller and shows you prices for items that are not working or for parts only to lowball you. Don’t even think of bringing any gold or silver here, he will pretend he will give you near spot, then cut it in half because he knows you’re desperate."

"I went in to sell my Seiko Solar watch which retails for $525. It was a Christmas gift, never been opened or worn because it was too big for my wrist. The clerk asked me how much I wanted to sell it for I told her $475. She then told me for a used one on ebay it was $120 and they only could do 40% of that which would've been around $50. She then told me I was better off selling it online. She didn't even try to work with me. Just tried to brush me off. If this is the unprofessional service this place provides you can bet I will never do business with them again."
