"I went in a couple days go to get an appraisal. The man let us in but didn't come out to help us for like a good 5-10 mins and didn't even say anything to us. When he eventually came out, he looked at the jewelry for 3 seconds said "I don't wanna buy it, goodbye" and turned around. I don't know how that type of customer service is acceptable. That nasty old man was so rude. Never coming back to this rathole of an establishment. I've never had customer service so bad that I had the overwhelming necessity to leave a review."

Then he came out without a mask on and asked us what he wanted. When I explained what I was there for, he took one look and said "don't want it thank you goodbye" and turned around and left. He was so rude, the place was empty with hardly any jewelry, and I will never be going back."

You have to remember for gems you definitely get what you pay for, this is not bargain basement pricing but fair and reasonable pricing for the quality you receive. The vast majority of his pieces are made right there by him. This is definitely the place to go for custom work. He seems to able to make anything you can show him a picture of or sketch of.
