"Disgusting place. Animals half dead and full of parasites. Cannibalism like others have mentioned. Guinea pigs in a small crowded and waste filled cage. Birds balding and covered in gnats. I wouldnt give a dollar to this dump."
"Disgusting and Dirty, went in and seen snakes with no water and living amongst old rotting mice and rats crowded together. Place should be closed immediately wouldn’t waste ur time going there."
"Happy to have a local pet shop in my area. Great place to dip in and out for tank accessories and filters. Shop owner is a cool guy, great to talk to."
"Grimy, dusty, and intolerably rank. Someone tell this guy the 1980s are over, it's time to raise standards. Shame on him for allowing animals to live in such deplorable conditions. His reptiles are dehydrated and living alongside piles of their own excrement. He breeds rodents to sell as feeders but they too live in filthy, crowded glass aquariums and I witnessed cannibalism due to the crowding and starvation. The only reason he's still open is because he stays low-key, but he inexplicably has customers. How? Avoid this place, spend your money elsewhere where ethics mean something."
"After stopping in for years I gave him the business of purchasing a bird. His birds are more expensive than petsmart, but I wanted to support small businesses. The bird died 2 days later. No refunds and he screamed at me. He was aggressive, crazy, all I did was say there should be a policy on sick animals. While I was there someone came in to complain about a fish that died on the way home. He lost my business, I've never been treated so rude. He must have had a bad day, or a tooth issue but don't treat your consumer's like tgat."
