"I used swimming pool solutions in Denton TX for the first time yesterday 05/16/2022. I was out of town during the pool service, but spoke with the pool service man through my ring camera system. Very nice young man. Today 05/17/2022 I received a call from my son and he said our pool hot tub water level was down to half full, and my pool level was down. We occasionally have to put water in to the pool to maintain operation standards, but have never had a situation like was seen this morning. I called the owner Jeremy Schneider, and relayed the situation I was having with the pool, after arguing with me, and saying that I was accusing him, or his company of some kind of wrong doing, which I didn't. I just asked him if he could send someone out to see what was going on with the pool since he was my new pool service, and I didn't want my pump to burn out, or something else. He told me that he wasn't going to put up with my accusations, and that I needed to find a new pool service. All I asked Jeremy was to send someone out to my pool, because something was wrong with it. He berated me, and was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company for any kind of services, and I will never have any kind of dealing with the irate, and unprofessional owner!!!!!"

"Not sure if this company has one company truck and just the owner, but they completely lack professionalism. Today while driving down Westport I was being tailed by someone in a company truck, forcing me to go 15 mph over the posted 40 mph speed limit. When I waved my hand in the window to ask them to back off, they lifted their hands and pretended to cry. If I was going 40 or under, sure, but to tail me going 15 over? No wonder this company has poor reviews. If you allow someone so immature, reckless, and unprofessional to represent this company in a truck, myself and no one I know would dare trust you to provide services at my home. And yes, after he pretended to cry about me waving him back with my hand, I did give him just one finger."

I worked for them directly and left with nothing but respect and appreciation. The owner is committed to taking care of his clients and the manager Sara is one of a kind. I will always speak highly of this company and my experience with them. I attached a before, middle , and after picture of a flooded pool SPS turned around in less then a week!"
