First of all: Its pandemic time, pad of alcohol didn't exist in this car and not even that, it was package of dirt and bacteria all over(#CDC, #Pfizer, #FDA,#Enterprise). #HOW_DIRTY_A_CAR_COULD BE. #WHERE_IS_HUMANITY #INTERNATIONAL_NERVES_MATTER I did visit this place 5 times during last 2 month and every time the staff behavior is worse than the previous time. I thought they must be happy to see a costumer, but all they look is: are you American? Can you speak fluently or you want us to humiliate you? If you are not American we are not listening you, we don't care and who cares about you. Just now I received the worse experience ever. Why am I going there? it is closest place to me. For the receipt they are annoying to email it to you. I just got a car from them, which I reserved it 24 h earlier(they had 24 h time to prepare a car). This car it totally dirty both inside and outside. inside is all sign of food grease all over and foods particle beverage spill. I wish they cared more to clean up the cars before passing it to next costumer. since they don't like to talk to me or I feel so bad to ask them for my rights, I just got the car and drove it. Their behavior is horrible and they must know I am paying as much as others and I must receive the same rights. Not forgetting how they ruined my 2 month. #Enterprise is so careless and too far from standard behaviors. Last time because they forgot to write down the plate number, they forced me to drive back 60 mi and show the car to them. Does humanity exist at all?"
