"Customer service and professionalism are not strong points of the staff. I'll have to see how the end result turns out. The jeweler (who seems very skilled, and is clearly quite busy) is not consistent with follow up, and the staff just doesn’t want to be bothered. If they remain too busy to deal with new customers, then I suppose I can go elsewhere. I'm certainly too busy to keep chasing them down for information that I was promised earier. At the moment, I'm impressed with the jeweler, not the store as a whole. Update: After a less than ideal first few interactions, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Edmond designed and made a beautiful neckless out of some existing family jewelry, enhanced with new metal. He was charged a fair price and was more helpful than I could have imagined in the design process. I will go back again, and I highly recommend them. If you’ve never been there before I recommend maybe bringing a little more patience that you might typically be accustomed to having."

"I had an amazing experience at Naperville Jewellers. I have an amethyst engagement ring….not worth very much monetarily, but worth a whole bunch in my heart. The stone was broken in many places and in was reticent to take it in - for shame! Finally bit the bullet when I was at Naperville Jeweller getting a watch battery replaced. The result was fabulous - the bezel was raised, stone replaced and I just love it."

"I had to have a wedding resized up, that ment a lot to me. It use to be my father's who passed away. It was originally made in 1976. I also wanted to melt down some rings to make a matching ring for my wife. Every other jeweler said they couldn't make a match due to the original was machine made. Edmund from Naperville jewelers said he will try to match it the best he could. He made a perfect match and resized my ring with no defects. I am really impressed with the work Edmund did for me."
