"The agent Dan Delaney told me that there was an online portal that would become available for making payments for rent. This is not true. Either they had been misinformed or lied to make the sale. I don't believe Either is good business practice. It he didn't know he should of said so then informed me later on. If he did and simply said that to make the sale it's false advertising This has messed up the way I'm able to pay. I depended on the ability to be able to pay online. As I don't drive. But now have to mail in them and it makes it much more difficult. Also to track it. I will have trouble trusting dwell in the future."

"Been trying to find a new apartment at a specific family of buildings. Tried for WEEKS to get the attention of the building to schedule a tour (the website listed lots of vacancies, but the stock dwindled by the hour). I reach out to Julia at Dwell and I got a tour scheduled for the next day! In fact, I toured 2 buildings that day. She went above and beyond reaching out to the building management to secure me a better deal and negotiate more favorable terms. All the while being super personable and making the apartment hunting process fun and WAY less stressful than I'm used to! I've dealt with lots of apartment hunting agents over the years but none of them has been nearly as communicative or helpful as Julia as been!"
