"We searched far and wide to find the right business to help us find the perfect "upgrade ring" for my husband and my 20th anniversary. We had already purchased and returned our initial upgrade ring from a big, box internet company, and after reviewing many, many brick and mortar stores online and in person, we decided to go to TDC Jewelry, where we met John. After meeting John, it took all of the guess work out of picking the right stone. His personal style of meeting in his office to seek out what his clients really want, was a game changer. He was honest, professional, and pleasant in his approach, and it was obvious that he was the "real deal;" it is next to impossible to find this level of service, and I will only deal with John for any future fine jewelry purchases. "I give TDC Jewelry 5 stars for several reasons. 1. Atmosphere 2. Great customer service. 3. Detail given to your personalized requests. 4. Communication The atmosphere is that of a private gallery, because of this you receive specialized attention from Jon. The store can be busy at times and being a smaller store you may need to have patience when you go in especially without an appointment. Once Jon has attended you , you receive 5 star service. On my last visit I purchased a Sapphire engagement ring. Which had to be assembled due to the design of my request. Jon did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me as he searched for the Sapphire. He did an excellent job of creating the ring I requested, but but also manage to surpass my expectations. The ring is truly magnificent, my bride to be is incredibly happy, she has told me more than several times that the ring is the most beautiful ring she has ever seen."
