"Picking up a vehicle while mine was in repairs. Ended up two hours late for work as the man who was scheduled picking me up was routed to the wrong location. Was told my vehicle was being upgraded for my inconvenience. It didn’t seem like an upgrade. It was dirty, stains on the seats. When I returned the vehicle, there were problems with the costs. The autobody place had made arrangements to pick up two days worth of rental. Instead, I was charged. They seem disorganized leadership wise. Hope they get things straightened out."

"Buyer beware Was not pleased I had a accident and I was told from the staff that dealt with me that I was covered by my insurance company for a month. When I returned the car not only was enterprise overcharging me for things I was not aware of but I did verify that my insurance would pay...only because of the deception I had from this company nullified my insurance company covering the costs of the rental. I will never use or recommend this company and I hope you are understanding what all you are paying for. They want 500.00 deposit and if you only have it for 24 hours you still lose the 500.00 I don't know if this has changed but I have also been through this too with them"

The second time around when I had to rent (my car was not done in the shop) it was a breeze to pick up and drop off. Very pleased!"
