"This is a scam! They send unskilled, unlicensed, unbonded, and uninsured people who barely know one end of a screwdriver from the other. They do not care that they put clients at risk by sending such people. They will not refund any part of your subscription and are very happy when you cancel early. It is a true shame that this company was promoted to me by a real licensed, bonded, and insured handyman with long experience. He obviously is getting a cut for getting people to sign up."

"Do not use them. They are a broker/dispatch service who will send you a technician from any number of companies. If anything goes wrong, which happened to me, neither PHS or the company they dispatched take any ownership. They never follow up like the dispatcher says they will and they basically expect you to give up."

"DO NOT sign up for this service it is a SCAM! They are essentially a dispatched and we did deal with a decent plumber and good electrical but we're scammed out of $1k by a HVAC man who most likely wasn't even licensed. You call and are promised a million times to get a call from a manager and no one ever calls. Cannot be trusted, terrible business model. We had a flood and the second electrician they sent charged us $175 to check that all the outlets were safe and working and he said they were but one of them popped and stopped working when we tried to use it. That could have been really dangerous."

They provided a very reasonable estimate for an emergency, Sunday afternoon repair, and immediately went to fixing the issue. 30 min or less later, the issue was fixed, we had water and all for a reasonable price.
