"Car was not ready at reserved time. I needed the car at the reserved time to transport my family to the airport to make their departing flight. Apple CarPlay did not work. I had to return to rental location where the system had to be re-booted and re-installed. Car had multiple, irritating squeaks and rattles."

They made small talk while we waited for the vehicle to be cleaned and sanitized. "Beware of this location. Service was the worst. No truck. Rep was sitting alone on his cell phone when I walked in, and he started repremanding me for not giving them enough time when reserved 2 hours prior on their website that said the truck was available. He told me he couldn't call me for the past 2 hours because he was busy nonstop with customers. But had time to play on his phone. Asked for another vehicle SUV, and he tried upcharging me $50. Time for Corporate to come in and clean house or close this franchise. 35 years of renting cars from Enterprise is now at an end."
