"This company wrongly reported to the credit agencies. Said I didn't pay for early move out when I cleary did with the check to prove it. They did this to several people I know who lived at their apartments and they make no effort to correct it. I know people may not have choices with housing but hope this gives some insight on these property managers."

Ruben was so kind and caring during this process, and very quick to respond, I looked at 12 different apartments and am so happy I landed there! The reviews about him do not do him justice, he is a mega star! You can tell he truly wants to help you, I especially liked how he called me a guest. It is like he is inviting you into his home. I cannot wait for the parties he mentioned he throws, maybe I'll meet my next husband there. You have a real gem on your hands there, Thanks Ruben for helping me start a new chapter in my life!"

"PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!! I was so excited when me and my son thought we found a hidden gem, After taking my Money and allowing me to move-in August 1 2022. 1 month later I started experiencing allergy reactions, skin rashes and shortness of breathe. I was rushed to Edwards hospital to learn that it was something in my unit I was allergic too, come home to find out I was living in a complete Mold infested Unit. Once I reported this it was remediated within 48hours and I was placed in a hotel for an entire month. I was told it was safe to return. but as soon as I returned the symptoms flared back up. I ask for the report and was denied. I had to Hire a Mold company on my own and the report came back that the levels showed it was still mold present. I have reached out to INLAND RESIDENTIAL REAL EASTAE who is the property Manager of the (DWELL AT NAPERVILLE) is denying to cover my Medical Bills, Moving Expenses and loss wages. They are agreeing to let me out of my lease but leaving me stuck with Medical Bills, Loss of Income, Moving Expenses and a Diagnosis I never had (ASTHMA).IM LIVING A TOTAL NIGHTMARE so please be aware!! I wouldn't want anyone to experience this not even my worse enemy. I wish I didn't have to give 1 star to leave this for future residents."

"I am a current resident of JTB apartment in Jacksonville, FL. The reason I am writing this is to communicate the poor and mediocre service provided by the management office of JTB more exactly Marsha Lowe. The premises of the apartments are poorly taken care of, there is dog feces everywhere, there is mold on the walls, holes in the dog park, burn out lights that haven't been changed in months, doors than dont close properly, the main driveway gates are broken and have been broken for months. I brought this issues up to management and Marsha Lowe refused to acknowledge them and she was more than happy to terminate the lease without listening to the complaints. Her customer service is mediocre at best. She showed up late to the appointment, refused to walk the premises stating " she doesn't have time to look at the dog feces scattered around her property". There are multiple reviews online regarding the poor service of this apartment complex. I brought them to her attention and she disregard them. I am appalled by the lack of customer service, the lack of listening to the tenants and the attitude of this woman. Honestly the status of the property has declined since she took over and she does not want to listen to the situation."
