"Ordered an anxiety rabbit plush for our "little buddy". Received order, had batteries but no where to put them into rabbit to start heartbeat sound. Text them 2 times, email 2 times, as of today have not heard from them. Our little buddy is such a great dog, but very nervous. We got him from a kill shelter. I'd like to add, My order was sent fast, the rabbit is very well made. I would recommend this bussiness, just make sure it works like it says. The pictures show inside and out, no where to put batteries in. Pic of little buddy!"

"I ordered a huge pack of dog poo rolls. Mostly they’ve been fine but a decent number of them weren’t sealed at the bottom. This was unfortunate because a tube of plastic doesn’t keep poo inside of it, and consequences occurred before I realized it. I contacted the company and they never responded. I won’t be purchasing from them in the future."

"Good products, terrible customer service. Many problems with website's ordering procedure (usually doesn't work with PayPal), VERY SLOW shipping, and about 50% of the time orders are incorrect or missing items. In my experience, this company is one of the worst to order from, logistically. Have had emails & phone calls not returned/ignored when I report missing items from my shipments & have to repeatedly contact the owner to get the items sent. Not a good company to order from if you like quick turnaround, prompt replies, and precise order fulfillment. They don't seem to appreciate nor respect their return customers. All around D average rating."
