First time, I had lost a stone in my wedding ring. Robin, not only replaced my lost stone but also polished my wedding ring. The turn around time was within a few days and it was back on my finger before the weekend. Second repair I had was to repair a necklace that the chain that broke. The repair was done quickly and repaired nicely. The third experience was on my birthday. She had in item saved on my “wishlist’ of an item I wanted. Went in to buy it and she wrapped my item up with beautiful wrapping paper and a bow. I was so taken back by how sweet and thoughtful it was. She took the time make my gift special!
