"Be very wary ordering from thumbie if you are an international customer. Their already very steep prices are in usd (which I didn't notice mentioned anywhere prior to my receipt). They give you no shipping options besides UPS, who will then charge you brokerage fees out the butt to release the item. A small sterling silver pendant has cost farrr more than is appropriate. Contacting customer service is a waste, they will simply shrug their shoulders. This is suppose to be a sentimental gift, we are left feeling ripped out from the experience. It's disappointing."
