"Today was the first time I had been to Little Rock. I needed a ring resized and saw they had excellent reviews. When I walked in, everyone was so friendly, and the jeweler/owner was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job. They do their work onsite, which, in my opinion, is a plus. I prefer my jewelry not be shipped someplace to be repaired. In any case, he told me he could resize my sterling silver ring, but replacing it was more cost effective. (It is a ring I ordered with my grandson’s name on it.) Once I told him that, he completely agreed and continued to treat me like a valued customer. He showed me pieces he had created, and I left thinking that this is the kind of customer service all businesses should have. I highly recommend them!"

"Needed to resize some cheap rings I got off Etsy and wasn't sure of price or the process. Was recommended to come here and when I came in with my questions they were helpful and polite. They sized my finger for me correctly and took a look at my inexpensive rings and recommended that I just contact the Etsy seller and get them in the appropriate size. Because the process of resizing these rings would be way more than what they're worth and what I paid for them.
