"5 Stars because 8 Stars was not an option. My wife's engagement ring dropped the stone out. I went all the way back to the place I bought it as I didn't know any better. Left with the ring and found Bella Jewelry just a few minutes away from home. Family owned and run (with a wonderful dog in there as well ) The ladies were welcoming, quick to help and fun to be around. Needless to say, the ring was repaired and cleaned in less than two days instead of the 4 days they predicted. EXTREMELY reasonable on price, Service was a TEN! I will be back without question."

"Called yesterday to inquire if they do laser welding for a glasses repair. I broke the stem on them. I was desperate and already inquired with another jeweler in Chgo. He would have had to send them out and was estimating it would be 3 weeks, his repair guy is in downtown Chgo. The woman said sure, bring them in. It was Saturday. I brought them in, they repaired them on the spot and I was a happy camper once again. Dan actually was the angel who repaired them. I looked thru all the jewelry they carry. Large selection of 14K gold and Sterling, everyone there was very friendly. They are conveniently located in downtown Aurora. Parking was easy. I will be referring and returning, you won't be disappointed! Thank you everyone at Bella, you sold me!"
