"Bought a bolo bracelet here as a gift. The bracelet slider had loosened after a month. Came in to see about fixing or replacing the faulty product and was told "that's what happens with these". Don't understand why they are selling $500+ bracelets that they know are faulty. Edit: Called Jordan and she told me she's sorry that it wasn't communicated that the bolo bracelets become faulty by design. She expressed that she doesn't know why they are sold in their store and told me she'll use this as a learning experience in the future. Still stuck with a faulty bracelet that can't be worn. Due your research and buy from a smaller shop with a passion. Kay is known for shady tactics after reading all the horror stories online."

"I had the most nightmare experience when I got engaged in December because I turned out to be allergic to my engagement ring. In complete panic and meltdown mode, I went into the Dekalb Kay Jewelers where I received the BEST service possible. Desa worked with me to find the best solution in switching metals for my ring. However, when I got the new ring, I was still reacting to the non-gold alloys that made up my 10K ring. Yet again, Desa was my saving grace and helped me get the most best deal possible for a custom platinum ring since, now, it was my only option due to my allergy. Throughout the whole process, Desa was extremely tentative while I was both in the store and at home waiting for my ring to arrive, which made me feel so at ease despite it being a tough situation.
