The sparky diamonds were held in by one prong and rather than replace the whole setting which I would have to do, I decided to go with an entirely different setting. Jackie is simply wonderful and is the type of person that makes you feel like YOUR best interests are being considered. I purchased my engagment ring a month or so ago and I must admit it's one of the most beautigul diamonds I've ever seen (and my fiance agrees :-)). It wasn't exactly inexpensive but then again I was looking for something a little higher end. I compared all retail chains and several online options and STILL settled on Richards because of Jackie & Rich. She was upfront, candid and helpful (but not pushy) all while maintaining a profesisionalism that I found appealing. Everyone needs to make a living, them included and I felf the price charged was fair. I have no doubt they'll stand by it for years to come and we'll definitely go back for the wedding bands!
