"Mike and Lotz Renovations renovated our small shower back in October. He removed and replaced the tile, shower doors, shower base, sink and vanity top. All the sub-contractors he used were very professional and Mike came every day to make sure things were being done right and was able to do some work himself. He made everything run as smooth as possible. Mike is not your typical contractor who disappears while the work is being performed or takes days to reply. Mike is detail oriented, a breeze to work with and always responded quickly when we had any concerns or questions. The fact that he communicates from start to finish eases the stress of any remodel. I’ve been through many remodeling projects. I wish I had used him for my kitchen! Everything looks great(I don’t impress easily)and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
