"Booked a Pilates class for 10/26/23 @ 9:15 AM with Yulia. I showed up 15 min early. Doors were closed and lights were off. I waited 30 min and no one ever showed up. I called the number on Google, no answer. I called the number on their window (which is a different number than Google), no answer. I received several confirmations and reminders about my class via email. I don’t understand what happened. I created an account and entered my billing info but I seem to have been forgotten about despite all their reminders for me to show up. I also noticed the window with their hours of operation are different than on Google. Their window says they open Thursdays at 6 AM but Google says 9AM. Very disappointed ):"
