"I first visited CrossFit Rua for the Rua Rumble in 2021. Dawn ran an excellent and organized competition for all participants. I visited the gym yesterday for the 9am class and was immediately acknowledged and greeted by a member. The gym was clean and class was run smoothly and clearly - even on a long cardio day everyone had a great attitude. Impressed with the facilities, class structure and leadership from Coach Dawn and her team."
