"My kiddo has been coming here for a couple years, it’s close to us and I love the facility. It’s always clean, I love that it’s not very crowded, and mostly the large window walls that allow me to watch the class if I want to. Certainly plenty seating available for parents / caregivers. I believe they offer free wifi but I haven’t tried using that yet. They have hairdryers and plenty of changing rooms."

"We have been coming here for the past 6 months to continue swimming lessons for our 5 year old son. It’s been a wonderful experience every time!! My son always has a great time during his lessons and the swimming exercises/activities are fun while also allowing him to practice his skills and become a stronger swimmer. We don’t come on a set schedule so we usually have different instructors each week, and they have all been very attentive and fun throughout each lesson. The app makes it easy to register for lessons each week, take care of payments, and track my sons progress. Whenever I’ve encountered minor issues with the app or in general with rescheduling of lessons, the staff has been incredibly helpful, genuine, and understanding. Lucy has helped me multiple times with scheduling and she is absolutely wonderful. Thank you Lucy!! The facility is also very good. There are always open changing rooms for my son when we arrive after school and after he finishes his lessons. The parent sitting area is spaced out well to keep everyone safe during covid, and I have always notice staff members wiping down chairs and changing rooms between occupants. Thank you Big Blue Wilmette for doing such a great job!"

"I have been bringing my 4 years old son to big blue since last year and I am extremely pleased to see how much his swimming skills improved. He is always happy to go, he likes his teachers (they are all young and full of energy) and so is his little sister who is able to watch him train from the waiting area. The place is clean, the makeup lesson policy very satisfying and the stuff in always friendly."

"We love coming to this amazing place. I have both my 7 and 2 year old in lessons weekly. My 7 year old was terrified of the water and now can go under water and blow bubbles. My 2 year old loves the water and in about 2 months she has learned to blow bubbles and kick, I honestly believe she’ll swim before she turns three. The management has been supportive and understanding. We also are happy with their makeup policy which is super important. Thank you big blue :)"
