"Avoid this company at all cost. They started off cheaper than square at 2.65% per swipe but after one year, they went up to 4.25% per swipe. They also started adding fees and not providing anything for the additional fees, Example, Great American Payment started charging a $30 paper restock fee without asking or sending us any paper for the machine. Also, they originally sold us on the Clover machine as being a rent to own for 2 years through them at $63 a month. It turned out to be a 5 year lease through a third party company called FMDS. You have to watch them carefully if you already have their service. We sent a certified cancelation letter, as they requested then they cleaned our business account out."

Had an interview and showed up to the meeting just for no one to be there, I then called the representative who sent me the link and she says "the interviewer's arent in office". Excuse me? How unprofessional and disorganized can one place be in the simplest part of the process: the interview....?"

"In our experience, this company is a scam. Customer service is horrible, gave us the run around. Withheld SEVERAL deposits from us and than charged us for their mistake. Money is tight and every deposit counts. They did not even give us a valid reason for them withholding money from us. Currently seeking legal action against this company. Their letter heads on their documents even look sketchy. Please do not give this company your business. Just scroll down on some of these reviews that are negative."
