"I have been a member of Midtown for 20 years, utilizing mostly the exercise and personal training services. The equipment, work out spaces, and locker rooms at Midtown are state of the art, and its aesthetics and cleanliness can’t be beat. I can’t speak highly enough about my trainer Mark Levine. He has a tremendous amount of experience and is certified in many different training and skills. I train with him 3 days/week: lower body; core; upper body. Mark is a fantastic trainer! He takes to time to put together a planned regimen of exercises to tone and strengthen various muscle groups, but changes it up to keep the variety interesting. He asks before every session about my mental space and my physical well being, so that we can have a productive session in accordance to what works best for that day. And he is a GREAT coach and makes the training experience fun. He motivates me to always push my envelope of strength and stamina a litter further to continue to make progress. I’ve had several injuries in my life tho, that will never fully heal, and Mark is flexible and vigilant to ease off or modify training as needed.
