"Shipping office. Was waiting 30 minutes for somebody in the office. I'm on the dock for 40 minutes, they didn't even touch my trailer . Just me on the Docks. No respect for drivers. No more here."
"Excellent staff. Check in lady was super nice and forklift people didn't beat up my trailer going in and out. Turn left on Ryan road and follow all the way around the building by dock door 15 and go in the service door for check in. Plenty of room for backing in. Restroom for drivers also by check in office and overnight parking. Really nice facility. Hope to deliver here again."
