"I've been studying here for the past three years after purchasing a trial session from Groupon. The instructors are highly trained and dedicated which shows. The krav maga classes are intense but really enjoyable. They help you do the best you can from your current level of fitness and experience, so its really open to anyone who is interested in learning real world, practical self defense. I've definitely learned a great deal about self defense and situational awareness, which is sadly necessary these days. You can also take the KO bag work out, which uses interval training to maximize your work out and since they constantly change it up, you're never bored.
