"I was referred to Goldstone thru a client of mine several years ago. I initially started out with Brian who set my wife and up in several different areas. After a comprehensive analysis of our situation we were turned over to Joe Davidson who has been nothing short of outstanding in the last year. He is thorough, meticulous, and his customer service and follow up is impeccable. Goldstone works as a team to continually evaluate our portfolio as economic conditions change and when I need to move money around or withdraw anything within my accounts , the staff is extremely responsive. We currently have an Annuity, and 4 other accounts under their watchful eye and couldn't feel more secure. Additionally, they have even been huge in advising us with both our 401k's at work which is totally independent of what we have with Goldstone. When my wife recently had a change in her 401K, Joe and the team quickly evaluated and recommended what funds within her plan would be the best based on our overall retirement strategy! It's comforting knowing we have a group like this with unlimited resources to assist us! Especially after having recently taken on the responsibility of raising 2 grandchildren ages 6 and 9. "I received information from Goldstone Financial after filling out a form on their website since I was interested in what they were offering. “FREE” Retirement Tax Savings Analysis is what they promoted. They even added “Many advisors charge thousands of dollars for a customized analysis but we’ll do all the heavy lifting for you and won’t charge a dime.” A day later I received a voice message to call them and I did. I was transferred to an employee and stated I’m calling about setting up an appointment for the free tax saving analysis offer by your company. Instead I got what I perceived as a sales pitch wanting me to “buy the entire package” from them. (retirement planning, legacy planning, investment planning…) I said I wasn’t looking for all these types of services now although I might at a later time but for now just want to focus on your offer for the free tax savings analysis but got nowhere. They said it would take too much time and cost too much money. I said your marketing slogan said you do this and it wouldn’t cost a dime. No assistance at all. Not a good way to promote a business in my opinion. I even sent a follow up email to Goldstone Financial sharing my experience and copied four different Goldstone Financial email addresses in my letter. It’s been ten days and never received a single response. Seemed like a bad marketing scheme and bait and switch. In my opinion I felt this was poor representation and unprofessional."
