"This firm neglected to file 1099's as we requested them to. They also neglected to tell us that they couldn't do 1099's as they didn't have the software to do so. I was stood up for my appointment that I had made 30 days prior - he had no record of the appointment. Upon arriving at the office for my cancelled appointment, I was informed that I'd have to find somewhere else to have my 1099's done and that I should email him to request a new appointment because he couldn't squeeze me in and had no record of the meeting. Upon emailing him he wasn't very polite or professional and I terminated the relationship. I would not recommend this firm to any small businesses looking for an accountant."
