606 Academy

"This academy has been such a blessing for us. We tried this out not expecting much more than basketball skill building. The boys are receiving so much more than basketball. Leadership discussions, skill building, team Dynamics and friends. We are so thankful for Coach Greg and team. We have told several friends who have joined us and are equally impressed. It is difficult in this day and age to find role models for young men. Greg had stepped into that role. I am not sure who is more pleased with the program, my middle School boys or my husband and I!"

"My 8 year old son has been playing organized basketball for just over a year now and he loves the sport. I was looking for a way to have him work on his skills outside of his normal league that he plays in. I found 606 Academy which is open to elementary through high school kids and my son just loves this program where he's been going on Tuesday evenings and Saturdays. It's been a great supplement to keep him focusing on his skills outside of the regular basketball season league that he plays in. What I really like about this program is that it has highly experienced and qualified coaches coaching the kids on all skills basketball in a fun, competitive learning environment with kids of all ages from all over the area. They are not only learning from the coaching staff but from each other. Also, the coaches take the time to go a little bit further in coaching and take the time to coach on what it means and how does it look to be respectful, have a positive attitude, be a hard worker, and a leader which are life lessons that they will take with them outside of the court. I see improvement in my sons ball handling, shooting technique, rebounding, passing, game time, and court awareness weekly, and the best part is that he’s having FUN doing it and he really looks forward to his time with 606 Academy! If you’re looking for a way to get more organized basketball time for your child with awesome coaches who really know and love the game of basketball I highly recommend checking out 606 Academy. I also love that they offer a flexible pay as you go option at a very affordable price so that you’re not stuck paying for days that your child maybe has another commitment or is sick, etc."

"Coach Greg is amazing with the kids! My son went from not being able to dribble properly to dribbling two balls at the same, and from not being able to shoot a layup to shooting one, all in a week and half's time! He also teaches the kids to find the best in each other no matter the skill level. To top it he also had a couple of NBA G League players come in and help the kids. Great program!"
