"I’ve been coming to the field house for years. I slowed down in October and returned January. This place has down graded immensely. I usually start my day off with weight lifting and core workouts, it’s great that they give half mats.. but you can absolutely tell their floor hasn’t been shampooed probably since the day they opened.. it leaves the gym smelling like dirty clothes every single time I’ve come. The front desk people don’t greet anyone. I’ve literally seen a girl put her back to the entrance just so she didn’t have to greet people coming in multiple times. After finishing core workouts I usually hit the cool pool.. when I say the health department needs to do frequent checks here.. I MEAN CMON HEALTH DEPARTMENT PLEASE START CHECKING THESE GYMS. The floors in the pool side were literally black with dirt. The lockers were dirty and crummy.. I thought food wasn’t allowed in the gyms? Lots of people just “sitting” in the locker rooms talking for hours while people try to get dressed. Walk throughs should definitely be occurring.. it’s 2024. We never know what safety accommodations need to be put in place until something actually happens. The therapy pool is no longer warm and it’s extremely strong in that room, to the point where if you have asthma it may be hard to breathe.. All my eyes did were water.. I wanted so badly to try the jets, but I noticed only 1/2 of the area actually worked.. which obviously meant there was a clog somewhere & I didn’t want to be the one to find out what it was clogged by. After a mid grade swimming experience, I headed to the shower to find hair, feces, soap residue and no towels! They traded the towels in for the new entryway. I decided to just shower from home… as I left I noticed over 8-10 employees just horse playing in the front lobby and I realized this is why this place is so disgusting, because they put children in charge of our communities safety and health standards..on the way home I thought to myself PLANET FITNESS is cleaner and cheaper than this… I’ve paid for the next two months but if nothing changes I’ll definitely be leaving. If you have kids please be cautious with the random elderly men who just watch and don’t forget their swim shoes! My workout partner got a foot fungus her first day here."

"This gym used to be great clean, modern equipment so the employees always kind and helpful as of today it has not changed. But something that is making it be any other gym like the ones in the area unlike the gym that was in the past. Is seeing how people who does not pay membership gets inside just waiting by the main door waiting to get inside by waiving friends whose already are inside to let them in. Same situation and worse the second floor the friends just walk the track and wait for gym employees to walk away and wave some of the friends already inside to let them in totally unfair my husband paying our membership while other just walk inside without paying, unfair for us the members paying our dues and they taking advantage that noboby checks if only members are inside. The right thing should be everyone paying for this service. As previously mentoned employees are great."

"Great gym with much to do. They link a lot of activities through the gym so it’s never a boring day including the rock wall which is a blast. My only true disappointments were as a parent because they used to do childcare for a couple hours in the evening so I could work out but it stopped immediately after I signed up. And another thing I loved was the family pool but the schedule is kind of wonky with the different classes. Overall, a great gym and community center."

"I love it here. We have been coming for about two months taking classes and using aquatic center. Staff are super friendly. Cleanliness needs to be priority but I clean if I need to to feel more comfortable. It's a huge place and many people coming in and out I get it that it can't be pristine."
